All products are made to order. As such, delivery times may vary and are stated in your order confirmation.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices, and other content on this site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment systems. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other methods made available through Shopify.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to EU countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to postal services, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, according to EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition and packaging

• Returned at your own expense (unless the item is faulty)

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• All T‑shirts are made‑to‑order in batches.

• Processing begins once your order is paid in full and confirmed.

• Standard processing time: 7–10 business days.

• During high‑volume periods, processing may take up to 14 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

• EU Shipping: We ship to all EU member states.

• Domestic (Slovenia): Standard postal service (Pošta Slovenije).

• International (non-EU): Available upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote.

• Courier options: Standard or express (where available).

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.

• You may see multiple shipping options (e.g., Standard, Express) with corresponding prices and delivery estimates.

4. Delivery Estimates

• Standard (EU): 3–7 business days after processing.

• Express (EU): 1–3 business days after processing.

• Slovenia: 1–3 business days after processing.

• Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

• Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped outside Slovenia may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

• Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at thecreationofus2@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will work with the carrier to investigate and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Address Errors

• Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately; if the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it.
