We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Rule)

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods — no explanation needed.

To initiate a return, please email us at thecreationofus2@gmail.com within the 14-day return period. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• The customer covers return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns for:

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thecreationofus2@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo. We’ll make it right as soon as possible — at no extra cost to you.
